Who We Are
Founded over 150 years ago, Atlanta Humane Society is the oldest private non-religious charity in Atlanta. A no-kill shelter, AHS offers dog and cat adoptions, full veterinary services through its Remedy: Your Community Vet clinic, pet surrender assistance, low-cost vaccines, humane education, community outreach, and emergency foster housing for pets of families in crisis. Serves Fulton, DeKalb, Cobb, and surrounding counties.

Bow Wow Brunch
10th AnnualOn Sunday April 26, 2026 from 11am to 5pm at Flourish Atlanta (3143 Maple Dr NE, Atlanta, GA 30305) the 10th anniversary Bow Wow Brunch will feature a champagne Sunday brunch, open bar, live and silent auctions, and an adorable puppy playground. Garden hats are encouraged and valet parking is available. This popular event often sells out so book early.
