Who We Are
HouseATL is a cross-sector coalition of more than 80 business, nonprofit, government, and philanthropic partners working together to create and preserve affordable housing across metro Atlanta. Housing affordability was identified as the #1 concern of metro Atlanta residents in the 2025 Atlanta Regional Commission Metro Atlanta Speaks survey. HouseATL coordinates major housing funding initiatives including the Community Foundation for Greater Atlanta's TogetherATL Housing Fund (targeting 6,000 homes for people of color), LISC Atlanta partnerships, and policy advocacy at the state and local level. HouseATL's 2025 Homeownership Champion award went to ANDP.
