Who We Are
Founded in 2002 by attorney-turned-activist Rebecca Guinn, LifeLine is the largest animal welfare organization in Georgia. It manages the only open-intake shelters in Atlanta (Fulton and DeKalb County Animal Services), operates two low-cost spay/neuter clinics, runs the Catlanta TNR program for community cats, and provides a full-service low-cost veterinary clinic. Cares for 46,000+ animals per year and has sustained a 90%+ save rate at county shelters.
